What we do

What we can build with you.

We plan, design, and build the project with you. A clear brief and a rough idea are both fine places to start.

Websites

We build websites around what people need to know about your business, then make the next step easy, whether that’s a call, a booking, or a visit.

A good fit for: A first website, a redesign, or a focused page for an event or promotion.

What we can help with

  • Design that fits your business
  • Layouts for phones, tablets, and computers
  • Page titles, search metadata, and a sitemap
  • Contact, booking, and directions links
  • Hosting setup and help with launch
  • Content updates and support afterward

iPhone apps

We design and build native iPhone apps with Swift and SwiftUI. We can help narrow down an idea, work through the screens, and prepare it for the App Store.

A good fit for: People with an app idea, or businesses that need something for customers or staff.

What we can help with

  • Planning a useful first version
  • Screen design and native iOS development
  • On-device storage and iCloud sync
  • Subscriptions and in-app purchases where needed
  • App Store submission support
  • Updates and fixes after launch

Web apps & tools

Sometimes what you need is a tool in the browser. We build web apps for everyday business tasks, like gathering requests or keeping customer information in one place.

A good fit for: A customer portal, a booking flow, or a process that has outgrown a spreadsheet.

What we can help with

  • Planning around your existing workflow
  • Dashboards and admin screens
  • Forms, requests, and booking flows
  • Accounts and access where needed
  • Connections to services you already use
  • Hosting setup and documentation

The process

How a project goes.

  1. Talk it through

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll ask questions and work out what would be useful.

  2. Make a plan

We agree on what to build, what it will cost, and a timeline before getting started.

  3. Build together

You see the work as it takes shape, with room to ask questions and give feedback.

  4. Get it out there

We help with launch and can keep working with you on updates and improvements.

A few practical things

Common questions.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the scope: how many pages or screens, which features, and how much design and writing is involved. We’ll talk through the project and send a quote with a clear scope before any work starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the project. A focused website is usually quicker than an app or a custom tool. We’ll agree on a timeline once we understand the scope.

Do I need an app or a website?

Start with a website if you mainly need people to find you and learn about your business. An app makes sense for something people use regularly, like tracking, booking, or managing their own information. We can talk through which fits your idea.

Can you update something I already have?

Often, yes. Send us a link and tell us what you want to change, and we’ll look at how it’s built and what’s involved.

Do you work outside Tulsa?

Yes. Mendia is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and works with clients remotely. If you’re nearby, we can also meet in person.

What happens after launch?

We can keep helping with content changes, fixes, and new features. We’ll agree on any ongoing work with you rather than assume what you need.

What are you working on?

Maybe it’s a new website, an app idea, or a tool that would save you time. Tell us a little about it.
