Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This policy covers the mendia.dev website, including the blog and the free tools. It's published by Mendia LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma ("we", "us"). Our apps have their own policies, listed at the end.

The short version: we count visits without cookies, we don't run ads or third-party trackers, and we never sell your information.

Analytics

We use Umami, which we host ourselves at analytics.mendia.dev, so the data stays on our server. It doesn't use cookies or follow you across other websites. For each visit it records:

The page you viewed and the site or campaign link that sent you (such as a utm_ tag).
Your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language.
Your country and region, worked out from your IP address. Umami doesn't store the IP address itself.
Clicks on things like the contact links, the App Store badge and links to other sites, and how far you read a page.

Event data never includes names, email addresses, phone numbers or anything you type. Blocking JavaScript or using a content blocker stops analytics entirely, and the site works the same without it.

Free tools

The tools at /tools/ run in your browser. Your answers are saved in your browser's local storage so they're there next time, and they're never sent to us. When you copy or download a result, analytics records the setup you picked (for example "Sign in with Apple" or "RevenueCat"), never the text you entered, such as your app name or email address. The terms for the tools also apply.

When you email us

If you email contact@mendia.dev or support@mendia.dev, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to work with you, and we keep it as long as it's useful for that.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which handles each request and may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and reliability. Fonts and images are served from mendia.dev itself, not from third-party services.

Links to other sites

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, X, the App Store and client websites take you to sites with their own privacy policies. Nothing from those services loads on our pages until you click.

Sharing and your choices

We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising. Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. Email contact@mendia.dev and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
