Web apps & tools

Tools in the browser, built around how you work.

Mendia builds web apps for the everyday work of a business: dashboards, customer portals, request and booking flows, and tools that replace a spreadsheet that has grown too big.

How we can help

Sometimes what you need is a tool in the browser. We build web apps for everyday business tasks, like gathering requests or keeping customer information in one place.

A good fit for: A customer portal, a booking flow, or a process that has outgrown a spreadsheet.

What we can help with

  • Planning around your existing workflow
  • Dashboards and admin screens
  • Forms, requests, and booking flows
  • Accounts and access where needed
  • Connections to services you already use
  • Hosting setup and documentation

The process

How a project goes.

  1. Talk it through

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll ask questions and work out what would be useful.

  2. Make a plan

We agree on what to build, what it will cost, and a timeline before getting started.

  3. Build together

You see the work as it takes shape, with room to ask questions and give feedback.

  4. Get it out there

We help with launch and can keep working with you on updates and improvements.

A few practical things

Questions about tools.

What’s the difference between a website and a web app?

A website mostly shares information. A web app is something people use to get a task done, such as sending a request, managing records, or checking a dashboard. Many businesses need a bit of both.

Can it connect to tools we already use?

Often, yes. Many services let other software send and receive their data, and we can connect to them as part of the project. We’ll check what’s possible before we start.

Who can use it?

That’s up to you. A tool can be private to your team, open to customers with accounts, or a mix, with different access for different people.

Do people need to install anything?

No. A web app runs in the browser on computers, tablets, and phones, so there’s nothing to install.

More questions about cost, timelines, and working together are on the services overview.

What are you working on?

Maybe it’s a new website, an app idea, or a tool that would save you time. Tell us a little about it.
