Paintball Adventures
A website for a Sapulpa paintball field, with party packages, visitor information, and a clear path to booking.

What the field needed
Paintball Adventures has run eight outdoor fields in Sapulpa for more than 20 years. Most of their customers are birthday parties, church groups, and friends planning a weekend. Those people are usually searching on their phones, and they want quick answers: what does a party include, when are you open, how do I get there, and how do I book?
The field needed a website that answered those questions and made it easy to get in touch.
What we built
- A mobile-first site: designed for the phone first, with a sticky booking bar so calling or emailing the field is always one tap away.
- Clear packages and visitor info: party packages, walk-on play, what to bring, hours, directions, and an FAQ that covers what groups actually ask (food, cake, gear rules, and more).
- Local search basics: LocalBusiness and FAQ structured data, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and quick load times, so search engines understand the field when people look for paintball near Tulsa.
- Accessible and reliable: keyboard-friendly navigation, readable contrast, and call and email links that work even without JavaScript.
Campaign landing page
For the Scare Tulsa / Turkey Mountain Haunted Trail zombie shoot, we built a page just for that offer and printable QR codes for signs at the event. Guests who scan the code land on the offer, and the email link fills in the promotion details for them.
Where it stands
The site is live at paintballsapulpa.com. In its first 18 days (October 16 to November 2, 2026):
- 507 people visited, and 84% of them were on a phone. That’s why the site was built mobile first.
- 53 taps to call or email the field about a booking: 23 calls and 30 emails.
- Google search brought 240 visitors, and 32 of those booking taps came from them. The local search work is paying off.
- The Scare Tulsa QR codes brought 50 visits straight from the event signs, and 6 of them went on to call or email.
Birthday parties are the strongest page: about 16% of its visitors go on to call or email. The site also has room for new information and seasonal campaigns as the field needs them.
“Mendia Dev built our entire online presence & optimized our monthly visits substantially. Thank you for your knowledge and help. 1000% recommend this company.”
