Can I try Savor without a server?

Yes. Tap Try the Demo on Pulse to explore sample websites, with every Pro feature open. The demo goes away when you connect your own server.

How do I connect my Umami server?

Open Account → Add Connection. For Umami Cloud, paste an API key. For a self-hosted server, enter its address (for example https://analytics.example.com) and sign in with your Umami username and password, or an API key.

My server uses http, not https

iOS only allows plain http to IP addresses and .local names on your network. Anywhere else, put your server behind https, for example with Caddy or a Cloudflare Tunnel.

Which Umami versions work?

Umami Cloud and self-hosted Umami 2.x and 3.x. Links, pixels, boards, heatmaps and session replays need the Umami version that introduced them; Savor hides what your server doesn’t support.

Why are alerts sometimes late?

iOS decides when apps can check in the background, usually every 15 minutes to an hour. Opening Savor checks right away.

The widget shows no data

Open a site’s dashboard in Savor once. After that the widget keeps itself up to date. Widgets are part of Savor Pro.

How do I restore Savor Pro?

In the app, open Account → Savor Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Is Savor made by Umami?

No. Savor is an independent app made by Mendia and isn’t affiliated with Umami Software, Inc.
