This privacy policy applies to the Flip Tracker app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Mendia, LLC (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

No App Account Information The Application does not require you to create a Flip Tracker account. The Service Provider does not collect your email address, password, or other account credentials through the Application.
Flip Data The Application stores the flip records you create, such as item names, purchase prices, sale prices, dates, notes, categories, platforms, tags, and photos you attach. This information is stored on your device using Apple’s local app storage. When iCloud is available and enabled for your Apple ID, this data may sync through Apple’s private iCloud/CloudKit service so it is available across your Apple devices.
Photos Photos you attach to flips are stored with your flip records on your device and, when iCloud sync is available, in your private iCloud storage. The Service Provider does not operate a separate photo storage service for these images.
Preferences The Application may store basic app preferences on your device, such as onboarding status, display name, currency symbol, appearance setting, custom categories, custom platforms, and custom tags. These preferences are used only to personalize your app experience.
Purchase Information If you purchase or restore Flip Tracker Pro, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Application uses RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status. The Service Provider does not receive your payment card details.
No Location Data The Application does not collect or use your device’s location.
No Behavioral Analytics or Advertising The Application does not use third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral analytics SDKs.
Your flip records and photos are stored locally on your device and may sync through Apple’s private iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure when iCloud is available and enabled. The Service Provider does not host your flip records, photos, email address, password, or account profile in a separate backend database.
While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, the Application relies on Apple’s platform security and iCloud protections for synced data.

Your flip records, photos, and preferences remain on your device and, when synced, in your private iCloud account unless you delete them. You can remove app data by deleting records in the Application, deleting the Application from your device, or managing the Application’s iCloud data through your Apple device settings.
If you contact the Service Provider for support, we may retain the information you choose to send by email for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain appropriate business records.
The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to the Service Provider, please contact us at contact@mendia.dev.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
